This product uses methodology of real-time PCR to qualitative detection of ITS2 gene from Candida auris in upper and lower respiratory specimens (such as oropharyngeal swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples (BALF)) and other swab specimens (such as skin swabs, wound swabs, and anal swabs) from individuals who are suspected of Candida auris infection by their healthcare provider.

This kit is used for in vitro qualitative detection of F3L gene from Monkeypox virus in skin lesions, vesicles and pustular fluid, dry crusts and other specimens from individuals who are suspected of Monkeypox virus infection by their healthcare provider.
