Aspergillus, Cryptococcus, Candida Albicans Molecular Detection Kit (Real-time PCR)
The kit is applicable for the qualitative detection the DNA of Aspergillus, Cryptococcus and Candida albicans in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and Cryptococcus DNA infected in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). It can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of Aspergillus, Cryptococcus and Candida albicans and the monitoring of the curative effect of drug treatment of infected patients. The test results are for clinical reference only, and cannot be used alone as the basis for confirming or excluding cases.
